Help your beloved KGP purchase an ambulance

Following the tragic events that have taken place on KGP's campus, a number of alumni from KGP have proposed the purchasing of a state of the art ambulance for safe and reliable medical care while en route to facilities in Kolkata.

The AKS Endowment Fund

In Honor of Ajay Kumar Singh (1971-2000) Singh (B.Tech, EE, 1993), graduated with honors from KGP and went on to apply for IPS. In 2000 he lost his life in the line of duty bravely fighting Naxalites in an area near Ranchi.

IIT Kgp gets Centre of Excellence on advanced manufacturing technology

IIT Kharagpur has now got a Centre of Excellence on Advanced Manufacturing Technologies, expected to be fully functional by the end of this financial year.

IIT Kharagpur collaborates with University of Manchester to develop health informatics course

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur is collaborating with the University of Manchester (UoM) in order to develop a course on health informatics for working professionals.
