The 54th edition of Inter-IIT Sports Meet set to kickstart on December 14

The nine-day sports meet will conclude on 22 December 2019 which will see students of the institutions participating in 12 different sports.
India's premier institute for engineering the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) is going to host the 54th edition of the Inter IIT Sports Meet from 14 December 2019. The meet will be organised across the IIT Kharagpur and IIT Bhubaneswar campuses where over 3,500 students will be participating from all the 23 IITs across the country. This will be the first time the meet will be co-hosted by two IITs.
The nine-day sports meet will conclude on 22 December 2019 which will see students of the institutions participating in 12 different sports, comprising athletics, badminton, basketball, chess, cricket, football, hockey, lawn tennis, squash, table tennis, volleyball and weightlifting.
