We are thrilled to invite you to our esteemed International Monthly Lecture Series, where we aim to spark a global wave of discussion on the profound question: "How to nurture Leadership qualities across professions - from Academia to Business, from Public service to Governance?" transcending the traditional focus on "What is Leadership about?". This month, we have curated an exceptional panel discussion in a thought-provoking question-and-answer format, featuring illustrious thought leaders and industry veterans.
The panel, comprising Mr. Ravi Kant, Mr. Peter Willats, Commander VK Jaitly, and Dr. Paul Gromball, will pose insightful questions to our esteemed founder, a globally renowned visionary thought leader Dr. Partha S. Ghosh, on "Challenges of Leadership development in various cultures around the world". Through this engaging dialogue, we seek to explore the intricate challenges of leadership development across diverse cultures, across industries and professions worldwide, emphasizing the pivotal role of ethics, introspection, strategic mindset and holistic perspective in shaping effective and responsible leadership.
