200+ Oxygen Concentrators
WHEELS Global Foundation is actively working on sending 200+ Oxygen Concentrators (OC) to Delhi, India by the end of this month in collaboration with our Philanthropic partner Adharshila in India. The OC’s will be deployed for CoVID patient care through Health Care at Home (HCAH) and other local/city-specific partners. HCAH currently has capacity for 25 patients in hotel rooms with OCs. The additional OCs will be deployed in 200+ rooms in other facilities/hotels that are being setup now. We expect to save about 1000 lives in a month with this first batch of 200 OCs. We have an anonymous donor who is matching 3x of all donations on facebook in the next 3 days upto $43,000. So far we have raised around ~$180K+ including through Facebook fundraiser, our website, direct checks, stocks donations & the 3x match received/committed until the writing of this update. We have exceeded our initial target with your generous support and are raising the goal to procure additional OCs that can be deployed rapidly for CoVID patient care in India.
