KU announced Rajib Goyal Prizes for young Scientists

KURUKSHETRA: Four scientists of the country, all below the age of 45 years, have been selected by Kurushetra University (KU) for Rajib Goyal Prizes for Young Scientists.
Those who would be receiving this prize include Rajneesh Mishra of IIT, Indore (Applied Sciences), K M Sureshan of IISER, Thiruvananthapuram (Chemical Sciences), Rajeev Varshney of ICRISAT, Hyderabad (Life Sciences), and Suman Chakraborty of IIT, Kharagpur (Physical Sciences).
Each prize consists of a medal, citation and Rs 1 lakh in cash and these names were announced by Prof Som Nath Sachdeva, vice-chancellor, KU and Chairman of the Organising Committee of Goyal Prizes. Name of the four senior scientists selected for Goyal Prizes were already announced by the University last month. (Read More)
