A world-renowned thought leader, problem solver, futurist, and inspirer in the field of business and technology. Given his wide range of interests – Arts to Science, Philosophy to Philanthropy, Business to Economics, he is known as a “modern day Renaissance man”. Over four decades, as a former Partner at McKinsey & Company and a leader of his own firm - Partha S. Ghosh & Associates, he has served heads of businesses, multinationals, and governments on significant strategic and organizational issues in more than thirty countries in Asia, Africa, EU, North America, South America. He has delivered more than 200 plus keynote addresses in various Leadership forums on, Strategy, Innovation, Nation Building Leadership and Knowledge Economy 2.0 and has published more than two dozen articles on a wide range of significant geo-economic and geopolitical issues   His clients view him as a “creative problem solver” and a “visionary leader.”  Winner of many prestigious awards, and distinctive medals currently he advises and coaches business leaders around the world. He believes that in the next 25 years the world economy will undergo profound changes which civilization has never experienced before. In addition, for more than a decade he has been teaching Economics, Strategy and Globalization at Tufts Gordon Institute, Innovation & Strategic Technologies at the Fletcher School, and Leadership at MIT (2005 ~2010). Recipient of several medals, recently he received the prestigious Distinguished Alumnus Award from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and Honorary D.Sc from Adamas University for his outstanding professional accomplishments across industries worldwide.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  
An avid public servant, he is one of the founding members of The Boston Pledge and is involved with multiple philanthropic initiatives around the world. A new school, first of the kind "Partha S. Ghosh Leadership Academy" is being established at the Indian Institute of Technology in Kharagpur, West Bengal, India, his alma mater. The school integrates Eastern and Western wisdom to provide young students as well as senior executives with the opportunity to uncover their inner powers to influence positive outcomes on society. Recently in order to celebrate India’s 75th birthday he has published two books: (1) India at 75: In the Realm of Possibility – Reflections ~ Inspirations!  (2). India towards 100: A call for Reset? Need a missionary Zeal! 
He has two advanced Engineering and Management degrees from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
