IIT Kharagpur experts design app that can help you fight stress

Stress has become an unavoidable part of our daily lives. Whether you are in your early 20s trying to get through the college years or in your late 20s sipping your mid-night coffee while struggling to achieve your childhood dream, stress in today's lifestyle comes with no expiry date. And so, experts at Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur have developed a mobile application that will help users measure and fight stress in their daily lives.
The app called "DhyanAndroid" is a combination of two words--"Dhyan" which means to meditate and "Android" which indicates that it has been designed for smartphone users, and it will be launched on June 10. According to a report by The Times of India, the app will be launched in two variants. While the Android users will be able to download the app for free from the Google Play Store, iOS users will be able to download it from the App Store. (Read More)
